NVC-based FAMILY CONSTELLATION WORK

The danish NVC trainer - Pernille Plantener will be offering a Family Constellation Workshop on Friday evening. Pernille is studying with Sarah Peyton to become a brain-wise, NVC-based Family Constellation facilitator (facilitator in training). You can expect an evening with building a living 3D-map with representatives of the key elements of the seeker’s family or nervous system, and hopefully disentanglement and resolution of what has caused distress. The seeker will be one among the participants. 

Family Constellations (FC) as a concept was developed by the German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger to address complex emotional heritage from the client’s (seeker’s) parents, grandparents and earlier ancestors. It is just as efficient to understand and resolve issues at a workplace or in day-to-day challenges in the client’s life.

Issues that can be dealt with include:

• Wanting a warm and loving relationship with my mom/ dad/ child
• Fear of speaking in public
• Root of stress, anxiety or depression
• My relationship with money/ partners/ religion/ my body

Basically, anything you would address with your coach is something to bring into a Family Constellation, and in most cases, new insights and sense of healing of old hurt being the result. The key words in Sarah Peyton’s variation of this work is warm resonance and accompaniment to the wounded parts inside.

You can expect an evening with building a living 3D-map with representatives of the key elements of the seeker’s family or nervous system, and hopefully disentanglement and resolution of what has caused distress. The client (seeker, in the FC jargon) will be one among the participants.

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION:
We invite you to contribute between 20-80EUR für the evening. Depending on your financial ressources.

Pernille Plantener, PCC, is a certified coach and trainer in Nonviolent Communication. Originally trained as a farmer, she has supported organic farmers and other change agents for more than a decade through facilitation and coaching. She supports individuals, families and workplaces and teaches Coaching for Transformation and a number of shorter programmes in Europe and India
