WEBINAR: "How to host 'online' Empathy-Rooms" (held in english language)

Know-how and practical tips for hosting online empathy and exchange rooms via ZOOM.

Do you have experience in leading groups and feel that the time is right to step into the online space? Would you like to stay connected with your community and offer and hold digital rooms for connection and empathy during this globally challenging situation, and perhaps ongoingly?

Welcome to this EXTRA offer from Kersten Kloser-Pitcher from GESPRÄCHSKULTUR – Training & Hosting Nonviolent Communication. "I have been hosting groups, meetings and empathy rooms online for over four years. I am happy to pass on my experience and offer three sessions (more to follow!). In each of the sessions we will focus on different aspects and skills needed to host online spaces. The sessions will be also guided by your questions. If you are brand new to the topic of digital offerings, I recommend joining right from the start.”

* Self-care: Never go into a support interview without having support yourself
* Start the Zoom Room - tech check
* Open the room - Land in virtual space and in the body – slow down

* Lead lovingly - leader fullness as host
* How do I deal with faults? (technical or human)
* Break-out rooms and exercises
* Invite Participants to prepare as well.
