Holding Space - A 4-Fold Path of Hosting & Embodied NVC
Holding Space is a 6-session online journey for NVC learners, practitioners, and aspiring space holders. Across immersive sessions, integration periods, and buddy practice, you will explore how to hold space for yourself, others, and groups, and how to co-create more conscious, empathic, and collaborative systems.
This program is experiential: practice presence, empathy, and start building your hosting practice in a supportive international community, deepening your capacity to navigate personal, relational, and systemic challenges with clarity and care.
This is the right fit if you recognise any of these:
You practice NVC but sometimes lose connection under pressure.
You want to accompany others without fixing or directing.
You plan to offer practice groups, workshops, trainings, and want to host from a more grounded place.
You lead groups, teams, or community processes but want to strengthen safety and depth.
You want to be more present with inner tension and outer disconnection.
This journey is for people who already know NVC basics and want to deepen their practice in real life and in relational contexts, moving from technique to presence and from responding to holding processes with care.
