Pierre Vigneron, coming from France, and I invite you to a day full of exploration, connecting, gathering - to get to know NVC (Non Violent Communication)-Roleplay.

During this day, we are step by step practicing the different phases of the Roleplay, more split, allowing for a tangible integration. By practicing together, the competences develop in role-playing - deep empathic listening and authentic expression can be applied as skills in the communication of daily life to transform misunderstandings into an opportunity to grow and relate deeper with oneself and another.

What you can expect: Joy, learning from ourselves and others. There will be a theoretical input, demonstration, and then time to try live the processus and reflect share in big group. Like to bring your own example that touches and employs you at the moment, with specific relationship that triggers you.

When: am 9th of March 2019 from 10:00 (please come at 9:50, so we can start on time) until 18:00. Pierre loves to give wholeheartedly - so when it is needed and when it is wished, taking more time is possible).

Your financial contribution: we propose 50 to 100 EUR for the day.

"I got to know NVC in the year 2000 at first, in the monastry of Thich Nhat Hanh in France where we train ourself in loving speech. Then I dive into practical training in the year 2014, and have done many intensive NVC schools. One in France relation NVC healing process for therapeutic purpose, two years in Germany with Robert Gonzales, a genuine and deeply experimented US trainer.

For me, in my life practice I went at a point where I was stuck between my ideal from one side and the way I embodied them at that time in my spiritual longing. Then NVC have given me practicals tools to really support the incarnation of my deepest values in this world.To me it mean hope, action, passion and compassion at the same time.

I’d like to share with you the practice of role play with practical demonstration. Training and live practice of it, enable a real implementation of the process and develop skills and qualities that can be applied in daily life. Come with situations that trigger you. You’ll be able to taste the transformation by yourself. I look forward sharing with you the magic and depth of this approach"

"I got to know NVC in 2008 and since then I am on the path of constantly practicing, sharing, creating and co-creating. I work mainly in the “online-world”, offering online-communication-trainings on topics like parenthood, shame/guilt/vulnerability, small inspired steps… I also offer one-on-one compassion sessions, monthly group sessions called LAB. I create a lot of free content as “mini-inspirations” for reminding that you have all the qualities inside you need to create a life and relationships you truly want and that we are all imperfectly perfect. One of my biggest passions and learning field is facilitating conflicts with Restorative Circles and mediation a la nvc. I like to be supportive in seeing conflicts as part of being alive and as a chance to explore something beautiful and important, not as something we have to reject and be fearful of. NVC for me is peacework, knowledge and wisdom combined, a language of all senses, consciousness-training. It is a tool for me to stay on my path, be open for the challenges of life and be present in every encounter I experience. I am mother of two boys (5 and 9).  I am on the path to CNVC certification."
